The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Vicky did a wonderful job of cleaning my teeth. She explained to me what she was doing to my teeth and why it was important. Vicky listened to my concerns in regards to having better mouth health and we discussed ways that best suited me (ex: I think floss feels weird, so we discussed using the soft picks or a water pick). It was refreshing to discuss options rather than being told “just do this”. The Doctor was welcoming and honest about what was going on in my mouth. She made the effort to make me feel comfortable and to explain to me options on how to fix a dental issue. I did not feel judged and I left the office extremely satisfied with my experience. I was taken care of and treated as a person. Dental visits can be traumatic and anxiety inducing for many people. However, this office and it’s staff are willing to do a lot to make patients comfortable.
